Here are a new set of 6mm flywheel dowel pins ...

With a suitable punch gently tap the three dowel pins into the hub of the flywheel until they are flush - no further ...

Initially the flywheel bots are installed with plain washers and torque'd to 15ft.lb's ...

One by one the flywheel bolts are removed and re-torque'd to their target torque but this time they are re-fitted with a Nordloc washer rather than a plain washer. There is a prescribed pattern / torque'ing sequence that must be observed to do this correctly. The sequence is detailed in the overhaul manual. Note the Nordloc washers are a one use only item and are expensive ...
