As well as offering fixed-price Rotax 912 Servicing as part of your routine maintenance plan we are available for other more adhoc Rotax 912 work e.g. complete carb overhauls, miscellaneous troubleshooting / fault finding work, gearbox servicing / reshimming, sprag clutch replacements, engine rebuilds etc. All non-fixed price 912 work is charged at our standard labour rate - please see below.

Rotax 2-Stroke Engine Strip, Inspect and Rebuild / Overhaul.
We offer a full Rotax 2-stroke Strip, Inspect and Rebuild / General Overhaul service on Rotax 447, 503, 462, 532 and 582 (mod 90 / 99) engines. We are only able to reasonably accurately estimate the cost of the parts required to complete a rebuild once the engine has been striped and inspected as an initial step. Parts required will depend on the inspected and measured condition of the engine and will be advised as the job proceeds. Our standard labour rate is £ 35-00 per hour plus cost of parts and mileage charge. All prices are inclusive.
Mileage charge is for total miles travelled to your aircraft on-site and back to base. E.g. if you aircraft is 100 miles away from our base then you will be charged for a total of 200 miles for the round trip. Our Mileage rate is £ 0.70ppm (pence per mile) for the first 80 miles and then £ 0.60ppm for all additional miles beyond the first 80 miles. This dual rate mileage charge assumes that there will be some motorway mileage involved on longer journeys which are likely to be less fuel and time hungry. Our ppm rate is calculated to cover the cost of diesel and time on the road that we might otherwise be charging for work carried out on your aircraft. All prices are inclusive.
