Here is the fuel pump mounted in position on the side of the gearbox housing with the hex nuts torque being set with the aid of the crowsfoot. The crowsfoot is necessary because due to the design of the pump it is not possible to use the torque wrench in the conventional manner. Note the right angle between the torque wrench and the crowsfoot. It is vital that this right angle is observed otherwise the torque wrench setting will be inaccurate by as much as 10-15% ...

Here is one of the fuel hose nipples fitted. Note that there are two nipple sizes available, one for 6mm i/d hose and one for 8mm i/d fuel hose.
